Cortland Arts and Wine Festival

This cultural event is open to the public, and fun for the whole family! The festival features local artists, crafters, musicians, food vendors, and wineries.  All proceeds of the festival benefit the Cultural Council of Cortland County, a non-profit organization whose mission is to encourage, promote and sustain arts and culture in Cortland County in order to enhance and enrich the quality of life.
