RMSC–Uncorked & On Tap

$65Join us on Friday, March 24, as we pair fermentation, food and fun and once again host RMSC Uncorked & On Tap, a fundraising event bringing dozens of local food, craft beer, wine and spirit vendors to the museum for an evening of sampling, entertainment and unique insights into the science of wine, beer and spirits.
Last year’s event sold out with 500 guests enjoying samples from more than 40 vendors of local food, craft beer, wine and spirits. Guest speakers included sommeliers Elle Andrews, Paul Brock, Holly Howell and Andrew and Carrie Morabito, local brewer Paul Guarracini, local distiller Collin McConville, RIT Professor Ted Ganster and local beer enthusiast and Rochester Beer Gals member Carolyn Stiles.
Each ticket includes:
- Tote bag and tasting glass
- Unlimited food and beverage tastings
- Seminars featuring local food and beverage experts
- Access to exhibits on all three floors of the museum, including our exciting new exhibition Elements of the Extreme
